Led light strip question

My buddy is wanting to put led light strips on the inside of his dirt track race car. He says to help see inside if he has to work on it at the track, but we all know it's just for looks. I told him I would help do it. Does anyone have any recommendations on the strips? Plans are to just run to a toggle switch and the battery so the ignition switch doesn't have to be on. Just looking for some tips and advice on accomplishing this

How long do the strips have to be? I got dual row strips for my bed lights. It's a 15' roll, wired on both ends so I can cut in the middle. They are also rgb

I was thinking maybe 12"-24" sections. Looking for something really bright

Doesn't necessarily have to be strips just something quick and easy to light up the inside

A ton of options here.
I've bought from them several times..
