Talking N-Fab Light Bar with 30-inch LED Bar Installed on TRD Pro

After some trial and error with mounting the light bar and clearance issues, its all on!

^Just the LED Bar on.

^Just the LED Bar on again.

I will try to get some better pics tonight.

Thank you! I used the MIC Tuning 31.5in LED Light Bar. I got it on Amazon and then resealed it before installing it:

MICTUNING.com 31.5 inch LED Light Bar Flood/Spot Combo

During the install the only real issues i had were initially installing the N-Fab brackets due to the limited amount of room you are working with in the bumper and the directions that they give you are not clear at all. And the other issue was that the brackets that i received were about 1.5in too tall so i just went to Home Depot and got some 3 inch L brackets and it is on there solid for now. I will make some nicer ones but i just wanted to get it on there for now.

I have nearly the exact same setup and I couldnt be happier for the price I paid!

Only downside I've had is persist rattles and noise from the mounts, several attempts to re torque hardware to keep quiet.

I got mine installed today after a four day delay. The original brackets that came in the box had the captive nut welded off-center and crooked. Of course I found this out after I had started the install and could not thread in the bolts. Anyways, a quick email to Nfab after hours was promptly answered by "Scooter" the next morning at 7am. By 2pm I had a Fedex tracking number for 2 new brackets headed my way. Kudos to Scooter but I have to ask myself, good customer service or are they well versed in dealing with bad quality control?
The brackets came in today and first thing I noticed was that Scooter made sure the bolts threaded in properly because the bolts were taken out of the hardware bag and threaded in the brackets. The new ones also had much better welds overall (weird) as if they made me a new set or they stock different ones (?).

Easy install although it's a tight space.

I have read that the brackets require the grill to be removed as well as some cutting of plastic mini grill in bumper, did u have to do this?

Yes. It was a nightmare. And the brackets are angled so it is extremely hard to tighten the three nuts on each side. The grill is easy to remove, the rest is tough and the instructions are pretty worthless.
