Has anyone gone down to 265 size tires?? is so what is your thought??

the stock michellins are 255/70 R18, I would not go any smaller than that.

Mine are 275/65/18's also. The new set I have in the attic are 275/70/18's. Both sets are Duellers.

im selling 265's but i dont see anything wrong with them and to possibly straighten things up the first number is the width and the second is the height. may sound stupid but alot of people i know think its the height

You are absolutly right. The first is the width but if you increase your width it can also change the height as well.
