Toolbox Spray-In Liner?

so i'm picking up my toolbox tomorrow(single lid low profile UWS) and i have the option to have the inside sprayed with a liner. Does anyone have any experience with the difference between the two or have any issues with either style? and it's only 50 bucks more so it's not outrageous. thanks
