Garage
have the frame checked for straightness, that hit obviously was one that shook your teeth . Have the front suspension and steering members checked...control arms/bushings, ball joints, sway bar. Something is bent ,cracked or broken. Is the shaking only at higher speeds , when turning, or all the time...Have the motor mounts checked too. a side hit like that could very well crack a mount and an engine trying to go sideways can generate a lot of force. Id be getting hold of your local DOT / road commissioner about that rock sticking out, its an obvious hazard .If you can go out to the site, and take a ton of pictures of the offending rock. Take pics of the damage to your truck. Keep repair receipts concerning this damage. If you report it and they do nothing, if ANYONE gets in a wreck, hurt or killed because of it , it will be because of the DOT/road commissions gross negligence.

For the back, since/if you've ruled out wheels and tires, maybe bearings.

Wheel/hub bearings should be relatively cheap to change out, DIY style.

If that fails, stop throwing good money after bad, and torch that shit, push it off a mountain, into a lake

Or else, just sell it for what you can get, to someone who lives in the city and who never goes over 60mph

Well Rijon, you got this shit figured out yet?

Not yet. I'm having a very difficult time finding time with my new job, and finding a ride when I would drop it off. The truck just sits

Very sad
