It seems to be touching all around when I look at it. The back panel does look like it's sitting too high, especially on the right side. The "gasket" is touching, but probably not compressed enough. Working today and off tomorrow, I'll try fine tune adjusting it tomorrow.
The pipes on the back are for ATV Ramps. They slip over the pipes. The ramps are 12 foot long and you can see them folded up in the bed in the earlier pictures.
Here's some more pics, but it's all dirty and covered in morning dew now. Had one of my ATVs up on top last night...
I have a 4x2 and a 4x4 ATV. The 4x2 is not easy to load, have to get a running start to get it up on top. The 4x4 can just put it in low range, and it'll climb up there, np.
