Noise from rear end

Im new to trucks and Toyota just purchased a used 2014 Tundra Platinum Crewmax 4x4, When coasting at about 55 if I slightly get back on the gas just babying it there is a "thump" not very loud but it is there almost feels like it is tightening slack. Curious if anyone has ever delt with this thanks!

Sounds like a U-joint. Make sure you grease all your driveline fittings.

Sent from my Commodore 64 with cassette tape backup.
