Front driver wheel will not spin

I am in the mits of installing a 4/2 lift kit on my 2016 tundra, and have everything back together but have an issue. The passenger side wheel spins by hand with no issues. The driver wheel I can not spin at all. I'm thinking the axle is binding so I put the jack under the lower control arm and lifted the weight of the truck up to help with the axle angle, still won't budge. Anyone have a tip what could be wrong. I think the cv joint is binding but everything went back together fine. Any help much much appreciated.

I can move it about an inch of I put the two lug nuts on and use a large pry bar. I can see the rotor move slightly and it spun fine before I put the lift on.

The cv shaft may have been over-extended, and is possibly bound up now.

This is exactly what happened, I pulled the axle and the inner joint is rock hard and will not move.

Well, guess you have two options.

1. Replace the cv shaft.

2. Pop it back in place. If you know how cv shafts work, essentially you line everything up, pop it back in place. This can have mixed results.

Most of the time when you over-extend a shaft it just doesn't grab. Rotates without moving the inner portion that goes to the diff.

New axle ordered, I took the boot off and could not free it up. I even beat on it after I ordered a new axle just to see and could not move it.
