I've owned this truck for 4 years.
I'm so used to using my mirrors for the last 40 years, I forget to look at the rear camera on the HU.
I'm sure it would be the same if installed a front camera..
I'd forget I had it..

installed on a 2015 platinum and all works well.

also did the VIM mod but when i flick the switch, the speedo needle jumps around and ABS and BSM warning lights and messages pop up.shutting truck off and restarting clears it all up.
it is the small white wire #17 that gets switched right?

The FRAC install includes a three position switch to switch between the front and rear camera. Just so I understand how it works, if I have this I can switch to the front camera, the rear camera, or the center position on the switch. With the switch in the center my entune display will function as it has before the installation and will show the rear camera when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Is that right?

@Geezer , You are correct about the Cam Select switch operation. Additionally, if you have the forward camera selected and you shift into reverse gear, the rear camera display overrides the display. I designed it this way to maintain the OEM functionality.

Thank you. I like this idea and will probably get one after the holidays.
