As far as sexual preference, it's 'don't ask, don't tell'.

I hate property managers. My current map anger won't release my history because I have given them notice I am leaving yet. For many reasons I can say that's messed up, but I haven't hit my 30 day mandatory military clause timeframe yet and now they are screwing with my next rental agency. Frustration.

Had a gym membership that came with an apartment lease. Got deployed to Iraq, wife was power of attorney for everything. Wife gave the apartment and gym a copy of my orders. She moved in with her family. Apartment had no problem breaking the lease, the gym kept hitting the checking acct It took my wife like 3 months for them to stop hitting my checking acct. She had to use a family lawyer to threaten the gym. We were also refunded the amounts charged. True story, much like the parakeet story Some businesses are shady when it comes to military, and if they break their end of the deal, they need to be reported, so they can be blacklisted
Lol, my neighbor has 5 macaws in a 3 bedroom condo!! I feel like chucking them also. I told her it would make it all worth while if they could rise those little bicycles! ! Or let my cat chase them for a few hrs! He a killer!

Well, I ensured they would get this letter. The last month's rent check is in the envelope so I know they will open and acknowlege this letter. Plus I dropped one off at the office and sent one official mail today. Most of these military town property managers are the worst, they know that we have to rent in a certain timeframe if we are PCS'ing so they have the advantage. Too many times I had to remind local business that I will report them to be blacklisted when they break contracts or attempt to screw Soldiers over.

When I am at a public speaking event where there is 50 people. 49 of them can hear everything perfectly fine, but the 50th is 96 years old and refuses to wear his hearing aid. So he wants to bring everything to an immediate hault by screaming repeatedly at the top of his lungs that he can't hear the speaker, who needs to either talk louder or turn up the microphone. Because that is definitely the problem, not that the old man's 96 year old ears don't work so well anymore.

The cost of fuel to operate a 6000 pound 400 horsepower half ton that does 0-60 in under 7 seconds is kind of like the price of oil changes for a Porche 911. If you have to ask you probably can't afford it.

She has no sense of urgency, nor does she understand logistics at all. Our lease agreement ends in 4 months, and he will be bumping up the rent over 10% if we stay month to month.

I've found numerous homes within our budget that will be a safe area for the kids, but she insists on not having neighbors "on top of us" and is stuck on the houses that are in BFE, and that are over our budget.

I fukn give up
So go show her a couple of houses in 'da hood', and tell her this is what you can afford in town to scare the shit outta her. Then take her to the 'country' and show her a few ramshackle houses, and neighbors that have about 5 teeth, altogether.

Then show her a house where you wanna live. You win.

ticks me off that people dont have the common sense to use a f'ing camera phone and hold it correctly when taking pictures. yeah you can rotate the picture or you can not be a complete idiot and take the picture correctly to start with.
