I hope EVERYONE saw the fly on Hilary's chest just now? She's EVIL (Rewind it to the end of Trumps speech on appointing supreme Court justices.)

What a POS.
There were some moments where she wasn't doing her job as a moderator. Very unprofessional.

For whatever it's worth at this point that was Trump's round. He wasn't polished and his pivots were clumsy, but he got solid shots in all night long. No shoulder shimmy or cocky grin from her tonight. You'd just see her face turn to cold granite then sense her having to force herself to relax when the tough shots landed. She went over time several times too, maybe as often as he did.

ABC said that campaign is claiming Trump intimidated her by looming behind her, a sure sign they're not happy with her performance. THe idea is She can be just as tough as a man and is just as ready to face down the evils of the world as anybody else, and is supposedly running on qualifications and not on gender. Except she's going to use the excuse that the big mean man stood too close to her and made her nervous for why she was off her game.

That was supposed to be about the voters asking questions but they didn't get a bunch in. I think they were planning for Trump to self destruct early if they focused on one thing or another for long enough.

The cost of fuel to operate a 6000 pound 400 horsepower half ton that does 0-60 in under 7 seconds is kind of like the price of oil changes for a Porche 911. If you have to ask you probably can't afford it.

I don't have a dog in this race, but I don't think either came out as a clear winner.
She said "If hit were president" and he said "you would be in jail"
I thought that was a good line, but hardly a significant blow. The FBI already investigated the email issue and it looks like it was pinned on the contractor, so she wouldn't go to jail anyway.
Trump always seems to shoot himself in the foot. He was asked about the stuff he said about grabbing a woman's poosy and he starts talking about Isis. I get it that politicians are trained to deflect comments, but he either sucks at it or he's completely befuddled.

No he apologized and said he was embarrassed and other things everytime he was hit with it, which was first 5 mins. Then tried to move on to actual issues and policy. They wouldn't let him. Then when he said screw it im bout to lay it in you, she then couldn't defend it and claimed he was trying to keep her from talking bout or the debate getting to substance and policy. It was ridiculous. Trump was the clear winner. He whooped her ass.

That line you describe was hilarious. Wasn't game changer but still hilarious.

Trump is not a seasoned politician. It's kind of an advantage for him that he speaks plainly and isn't polished. People expect less of him in those scenarios. It associates him more with the common man than her. He never needed to be as smooth as polished as she was. He simply needed to get good shots in about her record, remind everybody that she's been in the system a long time without doing anything, and come away not sounding like a douchebag to the American people. This time he managed that.

The question about the tape, no, he didn't get away from it very smoothly. But really, Cooper wasn't letting it go. In that situation it's up to Trump to move the moderator off of it. A more seasoned politician could have done it seamlessly. But the fact is, he needed to do it. After his first answer that he was sorry and embarrassed, Cooper came back for more. Basically asked him if he'd ever committed sexual assault. The plan had probably been to hammer him over it until he melted down. People focused on critiquing his delivery will remember that he was clumsy about it. Most others will remember that he managed to do it and moved onto slamming her.

With the emails, she needs to keep getting hit on that. It has become pretty clear that she was guilty but the FBI bent to political pressure and let her off the hook. All sorts of interesting things have come out about it since. The latest being the FBI handed immunity deals like candy to various aides of hers before closing the case. That's normally something done to assist a successful prosecution. In this case it looks like there was an understanding to let them all put criminal activity behind them in a case everyone knew would go nowhere. It has to be hammered on until the end to remind the American people that her wealth and privilege got her off the hook for things others would go to jail for.

Nailed it! Very nice post E...I couldn't believe how anderson pooper kept on him like that. The biased moderators were not so transparent in this debate. But then again according to Hillary it's all Abraham Lincoln's fault
