Bricked ecu 3 times

I just want to share with you my experience using HP Tuners MPVI2. I happened to brick my ecu 3 times. I have opened support ticket for the first two occasions without progress. "Please send over your ecu and we will unbrick it for you free of charge" is the message that I get. I have to admit that it worked perfectly for the first few months but not any more. Before writing the ecu, I make sure that battery voltage is consistently stable and above 12V, and have the latest beta version of VCM Editor. I was super excited with the new release of supported PIDs specifically the MAF voltage and knock related PIDs. Now I doubt the device stability for Toyotas. I wonder if anyone else have the same problem. Thanks.
