Anyone else have problems with Chemical Guys?
I tried ordering from Chemical Guys Canada thinking they would be good to deal with only to put up with this.

04-18-2016 order placed.
04-24-2016 request order status as order was not showing as shipped.
04-26-2016 C.G. apologies for poor communication.
05-07-2016 C.G. apologizes claiming California manufacturer delay.
05-19-2016 order ships.
05-27-2106 I received order, but report 4 missing items.
05-27-2016 C.G. apologies, says will ship out missing items the next week.
06-09-2016 I have to send reminder to send remaining product.
06-09-2016 C.G. says they will ship next day.
06-14-2016 missing items shipped.
06-14-2016 C.G. applies credit to my Credit Card with no explanation.
06-22-2016 receive 2 of 4 missing items. Emailed C.G. requesting return of full order (original shipping box and all items in original packaging intact).
-State that I should not be charged any re-stocking fee or shipping as this is clearly their fault.
-Credit applied to my credit Card is not equal to missing 2 products.
-File credit card dispute.

I'm not sure if my credit card company will get involved, but what a terrible experience.

I have never dealt with C.G. so I can't say anything good or bad about their service. On the other hand I only use Adam's Polishes you cant beat their guarantee or customer service, which is second to none. If you have to contact them they answer emails promptly and if you call them a human answers the phone and they take care of any issues at that time.

I will second Adam's products, they were great to deal with and no trouble getting their products into B.C.

This holiday weekend Chemical Guys has a great sale so I ordered:

- 1 gallon Butter wet wax
- 1 gallon Mr. Pink Super Suds
- 301 XXX Hardcore Carnauba wax

Received microfiber applicator too!

I have and use lots of CG products and never had a problem with shipping or customer service.

Ordered on the 4th and it arrived today...the 7th. The order was complete and it had good packing.

From the product I've seen on there it's "sold by and shipped by" amazon, so I assume CG isn't drop shipping on their behalf.

I never did receive my full order so I returned the rest of it and the CC company refunded me this morning.
That was only almost 3 months....

I haven't used CG. What are the recommended line for a soap, wax/polish, tire shine and leather cleaner/conditioner from them?

Chemical Guys is known to have crappy customer service. Their soaps are decent...Mr Pink is okay...Citrus Wash is okay...truthfully, you're better off going to WallyWorld and buying Meguiars Gold Class shampoo at 6.99 for 64 oz vs 6.99 for 16oz of Mr Pink. Their Butter Wet Wax is about the easiest wax I've ever used.....wipe on/wipe off...nice wet shine.....but limited longevity.....about one month. For one of their paste waxes.....you can not beat Petes 53....tire shine...VRP all the way...buy a couple of the applicators too.

Yea I usually just buy my chemical guys car wash stuff from Amazon. Never had any problems

Just looked them up today for some wax. Guess I will be waiting to see what happens.

Also no issues when using amazon for their products.
