The thing I would be looking into is if they are selling it as a "certified" used vehicle and/or what kind of deal they are willing to give you on an extended warranty.
I'm not concerned with 60k mi. I just turned 50k on my 2015. I beat the piss out of it and it doesn't act a day over 10k mi. Not so much as a squeak or rattle so far.
I would still want them to cover it for a while because you didn't put those miles on it. Just for peace of mind.
