5100 X 4 or 6112/5160 combo
Front on whatever setting you decide.
From what I've read if you keep the front lift under 3", you shouldn't have alignment issues.
Toytec shackles if you need to lift the rear 1" or 1.5"

I have Bilstein 6112/5160 combo on my 2014 2WD.
6112s on the second setting from the bottom with 1 CB shim on each side.
I should have got 2" of front lift, but I got 2.5", I'm guessing because it is 2WD, I don't know.
It was perfectly level at 2.5" of front lift with the stock shackles, I got the Toytec shackles to get a bit of rake back.

It was VERY stiff the first year.
I like it more since replacing the stock KO tires with KO2s.

Learn it, know it, live it.
