Alright man, you did it! I will need your address and we can go from there mister. I have the set ready to go, just have to box them. At your leisure, send me your address, and have a drink on me for taking apart the competition- I wish i could give a set to everyone that entered- The entrees were incredble great. Not to mention the young lad that was running neck to neck with you lives less than two hours from me, lol. Nice work to everyone that entered- you have nothing to hang your head about gang!
thanks again for all the great responses, it is still an amazing feeling to have actually won, i am thankful..!!
some info on the picture; this was a transport to germany, the trailer floor is 6 meters long and 2.5 meters wide and has an empty weight of 1.290 kg...
( 19.68 feet x 8.20 feet and 2,638 pound )
the machine on the trailer is to strain foot and wash it, it is 2,350 kilo / 5,170 pounds and with that the total weight came to 3,640 kilo / 8,008 pounds.
no biggie but i need to tell that we - in the netherlands - are allowed to tow up to 3,500 kilo / 7,700 pound...
( that's the maximum weight the tundra is allowed to tow without having an electronic / pneumatic brake system, a system that not only in itself costs a lot but the alterations to the truck are extremely expensive since it has to be road tested again too... )
needless to say the tundra tows it like a charm, we are allowed to have up to 10% overweight ( pay a ticket and be on your way again ) and once all is strapped decently and you behave, the law enforcement officers just take a short glance at the combination - when driving the tundra that glance is a bit longer - and don't even make you stop...
Joe, buddy...
I'll send you my details in a pm, you are a great person and i thank you wholeheartedly for all the effort and costs you are making to have a dutch brother show of with those black tail lights..!! dang, on my black tundra with a cap, will they look sweeeeett..!!
thanks again guys, i am a happy tundra driver and feel special amongst all you great people..!!
