Funny to see your truck on a hoist to change the oil! Mine don't need to be lifted to do that. Hey Matt that is the scariest trailor I have ever seen bro! I bet that thing isn't designed to go 65 mph! The wheel base and tire size is the scary part.

I think it looks awesome Tox! What all did you have to do to get the lights to fit?

Thanks. First I had to get the grill and mount it as far forward as possible. I had to grind down the nuts and bolts a little to get it to fit flush with the grill surround. I was going to build my own grill with cut-outs for the lights so they would be flush too, but then the lights would have to go up with the hood and I was out of metal bars to make it. Would cost a bit to make my own and curve it to the nose of the truck. The grill I got worked well enough. Then I had to measure about 20 times to make sure the lights would fit the way I wanted. The hood safety handle was in the way so I designed a new handle, made it, and installed it so the lights could fit. Designed and welded up my own bolt on brackets, moved the horns down to the bottom of the brackets below the light mounts, and then wired everything up. Had to trim some of the plastic at the bottom of the grill surround inside to get the lights mounted close to the grill and get the hood to close. If I recall correctly, there's 1.5" between the lights and the A/C condenser and the light covers would be rubbing the back of the grill if I put them on. No problems with air flow or overheating so far.

I use them a lot for driving down country highways at night. Last thing I need is a deer in my grill or feral hog in my bumper. It's great cause instead of moving onto the road, the deer move away from the road since the lights are so bright. Not legal for road use, but I don't use them anyone is around. I also use them out at the ranch at night and they light up everything.

I think it's safe to say with all the work involved here there won't be very many people copying you on that one!
