2X2. First time in years I have not had a 4X4 in the stable. Feels a little strange but I never really used it much when I had it. Figure chains will work if I ever go to snow country. Just today pulled my boat (5Klbs) out of a ramp that had about 5-6 inches of sand on it. Selected Auto LSD and the truck just settled in an pulled out. Could feel it doing its thing. Was a good confidence booster. HOWEVER...next one is a 4X4, just don't like not having it.

Yeah.. The Tundra has gotten hit with that from many reviews. Not having auto 4wd, not having a standard trasmission in the 5.7, and not having a diesel has hit the Tundra pretty good. However... those options were not important to me. I had auto 4wd in my GMC and I never use it. I like to be in control when it pops in and out of 4wd. I hate to shift all the time, and I hate diesel in pickup trucks. So.. I guess they only matter if it is important to you personally.
