I sold my Sequoia because I wanted a truck and something more powerful to tow a 5700lb travel trailer. The new Tundra is just an awesome looking machine and it got power. I got the CrewMax and so got the best of both worlds. Disappointed that Toyota has gone cheap on things like no fog lights for SR5s, monochromatic mirror with HomeLink, a retractable antenna, and power seats. Maybe I was so use to having all these things on the Sequoia.

I just got my Tundra, and in 300 miles it is begining to drive me nuts: The dash makes a horrible buzzing sound. After 2 visits the dealer keeps saying they fixed it, but today it came back. Maybe I shouldn't vote when I'm this mad, but right now....absolutely not.

I thought I was alone until I found this site....I'm having problems too. My check engine light just came on today for the 4th time in a month.
Couple guys I work with have the -06 Tundra and love them, I've got an 08 that is nothing but a constant headache. They kept saying I must be doing something, but I'm just driving it, and not hard driving either!

Since they won't have a hybrid then I guess I will keep this truck till the sun don't shine no more.

we'll see...

6,000 miles and likin' it just fine....I'm far too cynical for that brand-loyalty crap. Who knows what we'll be shopping for in 5 years? Hydrogen? Poop? Donkeys? Who's gonna build it? Toycedes? Fordota? Yamazuki?

I'm with 10 below...I've only owned Toyotas or Honda in the past, but too much headache with this one. I've got a 1pm appointment today, 5th trip to dealer in about 30 days.

The truck is good, but dealer service has been horrible. I say "no".
