Bought a 07 4runner sport editon at the beginning of january of 07 and then 3 months later the new tundras came out and I just had to get one. no complaints about the 4runner though just to small for my taste.

hopefully we will have the same long term reliability with the new Tundras, I am planning to keep this truck for a long time.

Traded in my 2002 Ford Supercrew last week for a DC SR5 5.7. I told the dealer I had to tow my boat with a Tundra before I bought. He readily obliged. I drove a Tundra around for a while to get used to it. Then I brought my boat over to the dealership and hooked it up. After towing my 5,000 pound rig around for half an hour I was sold. No comparison to the Ford. With the Ford I knew I had a trailer behind me from the time I pulled out of the driveway. With the Tundra, I couldn't feel it at all unless I was on a very bumpy highway.
