Anyone know about how much rubbing I'd be getting with 35x12.5's on a 3/1 level with +35offset rims?

I'm running 35x12.5x20's on +30mm wheels with minor modifications. Pulled the front mudflaps, slightly trimmed the skid plate, and molded the front fender liners (behind the fog lights) with a heat gun and a blunt object to clear the side tread lugs at half lock. Nothing a few beers and a trip to Harbor Freight for a $6.99 heat gun couldn't fix.

I'm running 4.5" BDS Lift w/ 35"x12.5"x18" Toyo Open Country Tires & Rockstars with 0 offset.

Rubbing on the plastic wheel well liner behind the bumper only in reverse while steering wheel is fully cranked. Will be adding an aftermarket mean looking bumper shortly which will eliminate the issue.

On a side note I can still get into a parkade with a ceiling height if 7 feet

Very nice!! Do you feel the added weight from the tires? I read that those clock in around 76 lbs/each.

Thats a little more than a leveling kit....lol but on a side note you have any close up of the wheels. Looking to do the same lift and offset wheels soon ...
