Tires Between A/T and M/T

Hey guys, this question popped in my head and through a search I wasn't able to find anything really compiled, so I thought this might help others as well. The Tundra I just bought came with Toyo Open Country M/T's on it, but the tread on them are getting down there. For my next set, I don't necessarily need the aggressive M/T, but would like something slightly more aggressive than an A/T. I was wondering if we could compile a list of the "in betweener" tires that might fit this. So far I have:

Toyo Open Country R/T
Nitto Ridge Grappler

What else is out there, and what are your opinions on them? Thanks guys

The Nitto Ridge Grappler is an outstanding Hybrid tire that has been getting great reviews.

It may be helpful if you mention what tire size you are wanting the list.

Got those Nitto's from the dealer on my 2017 4x4. Got about 2,500 miles now and daaaaannnnggg them tires are smooth. My use of the truck and tires is on pavement, around town and up and down the highway. Initial review by me is: excellent. YMMV.

I'm not completely useless. I can always be used as a bad example.

Cooper st maxx

They are louder than I expected but not much more than an at. I'm happy with them. Looks like they will last a long time.

Tire size isn't necessarily as important. I currently have 33x12.5R20's on, but its more geared toward the tires in general that are in between an A/T and M/T.

I like my Falken WildPeak AT3W's, but I don't know if they would be a hybrid tire. They seem to be good at everything... And oh so quiet.

I went with the Exo Grapps, seem sort of like a more aggressive AT, and winter rated/snowflake.

Went to order some Open Country RT's today and online they wouldn't ship to Washington. So I called the company up, and they said that Washington and Oregon has a ban against Toyo and Nitto tires due to quality concerns. The gentleman on the phone then went on to comment how Toyo and Nitto were about the worst choice there was. Now I'm back to searching again!

That's what came on my pickup when I bought it. 35,000 miles and tread is down to 6/32. Seems to me like not enough miles to be that low, so I'm having my doubts about going with the RT's

I think a good in-between tire would be the cooper discoverer at/3.

+1 on Coop' AT3 or their ATW if you're in snow country.
