6 lug wheels fitting the newer 5 lug?? adaptor?? where to buy??
I recently bought an 05 SR5 double cab. The truck has 16in rims. I am looking for some 17 or 18" factory Toyota wheels to replace the 16s. I like the 18s that come on the newer tundras, but they are 5 lug instead of 6 like the earlier tundras. Is there an adapter I can use to make the 5 lug work with the 6? Where is a good place to buy factory wheels in the 6 lug 17 or
Thanks |

You would have to take measurements and have someone speacially build the adapter unless you find one on ebay. Most people would suggest against this. Plus the wheels/tire combo on the 07s are larger. They are like 32" tall tires now. The previous years were 30". So only if you leveled it would they fit without rubbing.
