I need some help!!!

ohh boy. Here is another wheel question...
I have been doing a lot of research, reading other posts, looking online, etc. But I am a bit unexperienced with with tire sizes and all of that.
As far as now, I like these 2 set ups, I have two options in my head with some concerns.
Option 1: keep my 270/55 R18 tires (which come w/ the styled steel wheels) until they wear out. And get a new set of rims
Would this especific wheel fit the tire? and will a bigger more agressive tire fit in the future?

Option 2: this will probably make me happier but it is more expensive.

This might sound a bit silly but I dont want any regrets down the road. I just don't want to get any scratches when doing parallel parking next to a sidewalk, would any kind of contact with a sidewalk (or something like it) touch the 20' rim?, or is this tire too small

City driving/parking sucks...

I know, I know too many questions but I would appreciate some input.
thanks in advance

This is just IMO. Wait until your tires are done that way you get your money's worth out of them since you paid for them. Once you wear them out then go ahead and buy the rims with the tires. Or you could just get bigger tires for the steel wheels but it will look funny. Just get new wheels/tires when you wear out the stock ones.

My suggestion would be to do nothing or go all the way and do exactly what you want. Going halfway won't cut it. Im speaking from experience.

do what makes you happy .. nothing worse than being bummed on a car .. get your new wheels

also, on the curb, depends how big the curb is .. if the curb is the sze of the tire wall, then you wont have any issues .. if the curb makes contact with the rim, it will scratch

yeah but I just wanted to know if with this set up, the tire wall would be high enough? most of you have a better visual idea about tire sizes

or maybe I should just go 18s

That tire looks sweet. I will add it to my list of tires to check out.
