18" Wheel / 295 ? Will they Fit Ok

Just ordered Some ATX All Black 18 inch sized wheels from The Tire Rack 18 by 8.5 , I will probably Run out my Stock Duellers I got with the truck since they are brand new still, I wanted to See If I can Fit a 295- Sized Tire comfortably on the 18--- 8.5 Wheels, I am looking to Run the best Street performance handling Tires for my Truck. I believe the Stock are 255-70--18 Dueller Tires , I want the widest profile I can comfortably drive on them, looks like Tire Rack will only recommend a 275 Size for this wheel for legal sales reasons, I did not Want to go extreme where I have to worry if I go off road with it, But some where in between to get the best of Both worlds better handling reduced Body Roll and Not Kill my Sweet Ride.

295 what? what is the whole tire size you want to go with? You can go with 305-65-18 that is pretty wide for the rim you want.

What Would Be the Safest Widest to Go on with 18" By 8.5
I was Considering Some Nitto 555-R Not sure If there rated in Weight for 07-Tundra , I had them on an 03-Ford Lightning I had and they were Nice for Hawaii Hot Temp Tire. As my Truck is 2-WD RCSB , going for more of that sports Truck Tire / Stance / Ride well kind of In- between on the Ride Part, I do have the TRD Rear Sway Bar Coming and hope this helps resolve some body lean / Roll in Turns. Anyhow back to Tires If I Went with A 285 Or 295 ? What would be the best here, In the Full , including the Center #- Number or Size.

295 will be fine.

I have had 285's on 15x7 rims...
