what does N mean on valve stems
On my wheels on my 08 CM LTD 5.7 4x4 I have valve stems that have a blue N on the top of them. The only thing I can think is this means either the tire pressure is normal or the tires are filled with nitrogen. Any ideas ?? Is this part of the tire pressure monitoring system??

Ha
I am going to say Nitrogen. I know I am completely wrong and have no idea, but it is a funny thought. BTW, did you read the manual? Are they aftermarket? Do they change? Try changing the pressure in your tire to see what happens. (do it near an air pump). Good luck.

Upon closer inspection to the valve stem caps, the cap says N2 which to me indicates the tire is filled with nitrogen. Where can I go to get the tires topped up ? I'm assuming I can't mix regular air with nitrogen. Any suggestions ??

Agreed. The Nitrogen reacts less to OAT so the pressure emains constant but it can be mixed with air and is not needed...
