Have not seen this wheel/tire combo much so here is a pic of my new setup.
Ultra Crushers all black 18x8.5 +35 with 295/70 terra grapplers.

I had the hardest time finding a picture of this wheel in all black on a tundra. That's fixed now

Wheels are pretty much flush the tires stick out about 1/2in.
