295/70-17 on stock height

Hey guys,

I am trying to figure out if 295/70-17s will fit on my truck at stock height. (I have a 2011 trd double cab 4x4). I will be running either 17 inch rock warriors or 17 inch method standards. Can anyone help?

I have searched around on both sites for a direct answer to this question... Can't find it, so maybe you guys can show me how bad my searching skills are.

Method standards in a 17"? Pretty sure those only come in a very aggressive offset that won't work with stock height. That tire should fit no problem

You will rub with a 17" Method. Think the offset is 0. I'm running the standard in 18" with a +18 offset and just do rub the body mount at full lock. You should be able to clear the tire just fine. I'm running 295/70 Nitto Trails with no lift.

So, the 295/70/17 will fit with the rock warrior wheels?
If so, thats great cause I just bought the RW wheels

Also, is that the biggest I could go?
Would a 285/75/17 work with the rock warrior on a stock set up?
I think that I read that it will not... But it would look so much better when i finally do get my 3/1 level

Or maybe a 305/70/17? Sounds like that might be too wide for the wheel though

Will fit no problem on RW wheels. I was running Cooper STTs for a while before the 3/1 kit.

Last question... Before I have discount tire special order these, they will they fit? Same size at the 295 essentially

this is what they are saying the specs are

Section Width: 11.30" Overall Diameter: 33.90"

I can tell you that 33/12.5/17 fits perfect on stock 2wd suspension. Gonna have to say with 33.9 you will have to take the mud flaps off.

I also think they would fit. I'm running 325/60/18 with a 3" level kit, with stock trd rims.

33.9" on stock ride height. No lift.

I'll ask the discount tire guy to order 1 to fit test it ASAP
