Is Big Brake Kit upgrade in your future? They are very expensive upgrade and requires 20 inch wheels. If not, there is no functional reason to go with 20 inch wheels. 20 inch wheels have larger moment of inertia, which make it harder to accelerate, harder to stop, and give you harsher ride (less rubber). You will also be paying a lot more for a set of tires for 20 inch wheels.
But then again, many members find 20 inch wheels to be more proportionate to the Tundra size. I personally find 18 inch wheels more appealing, but that's just me. Look at some pictures and see which size wheels you like better.
