How's the quality on those wheels? Any defects or issues with vibration or balancing? Did the MPG take a hit much?

I've had no problems at all. MPG didn't change.

Stay away from 0 offset unless you have lift. The biggest tires that 0 offest guys are running with a 3/1 and no cutting is 33's, or 305/55/20.

I assume negative offset is even worse than 0 offset?

Cool.. I didn't know if backspacing would counter any offset. Ask me mechanical questions and I'm good, but i really need to study up on wheel fitment lol

Shew I really want the XD Series Misfits, but they are 0 offset. Does the backspacing help any??? The backspacing is 5.27"

I don't mind them sticking out maybe 1/2" to 1"... but i don't want them hanging out over 2" from the fenders or anything.

I ended up going with the XD Black Hoss and a Nitto Terra Grappler 305/55/20 from DTD. Crosses fingers.

Cool wheel/tire combo. Make sure to post some pictures when you get them installed.

Yep I think so too. I almost went with the Fallen Wild Peak AT. But I didn't like the sidewall, and didn't really want an E rated tire. I only tow the camper once a month in the spring and summer months. The stock BFGs handled the load easily, so these Nittos should do even better than stock since they are the XL "Extra Load" version

285/55/20 is biggest stock height. You can make 305/55/20 clear but will have to do some minor modifications to the fender liner so it will clear without rubbing. 285/70/18 for the 18". Also I would highly recommend the Toyo at2 over nitto terra grappler. Toyo makes nitto tires. Nothing wrong with the nitto but the Toyo is a far superior tire and very similar cost. In my personal opinion the new Toyo also looks much nicer.
