Stereo install - 2005

I have a 2005 Tundra with the factory radio and speakers. I would like to replace both the stereo and speakers within the next few weeks. I like the Pioneer FH-P8000BT, but the problem I'm finding out with the 05 years is their are not any wiring harnesses available for the truck and I must splice everything. How big of a pita will that be? I'm looking for post from others who have ran into the same issue.

Thanks

Piece of cake, just identify each wire one by one on the new unit and the stock harness then splice away man!!! Solder your spliced as vibration can couse crimps or wirenuts to come apart!!!
