Need help with a stereo install

I am newbie on here and it is my first post.I have a 2000 Limited and I want to install a stereo does anyone have any ideas.My main concern is finding a way to fit some subs in the truck.I have seen the JL and Q logic boxes.I was just wondering if there were any other ways.Any ideas would be helpful.Also does the factory cd player with 6 disc changer have a aux output too?Thanks in advance.

I had a 2000 Tundra SR5 with sweet sounds! I took the jack out of the comparment under the back seat, sealed the openings with sheet metal, screws, and construction adheasive, then lined both comartments with sound proofing and installed (2) 10" shallow subs! Wish I would have taken pics! I put the jack in the center console compartment. Amps fit under the seats! Sound was insane!!!

I just came back from my stereo guy.I am going with a Kicker solo baric under the passenger rear seat.We are hoping it will fit,if not I will go with a Comp series.It all depends he says how the box takes shape,and if he has enough room,he will go with the solo baric.
