Pictures of my new stereo

well I finally received my Pioneer FH-P8000BT. I did not need nav or Dvd so this looked like a good option. I paid $250 for the receiver (online) and 37 for the kit. I got it installed at a local professional shop.
I am extremely pleased with the looks and quality.

As far as now ( I have not played with it too much):
-bluetooth works great!!!!!,(way better than the one in my garmin GPS)
-huge imporvement in sound quality
-ipod control is very good, nice display of folders etc...
-this receiver has some very nice specs for its price. and here are the pics:

What did you have prior to this install? IS that little thing up in the window the mic for the Bluetooth? Thanks.

Bonus question!! If you buy an aftermarket stereo reciever that says Sirius ready, do you still have to buy a Sirius player or is it built into the receiver?

Syber, its built in but you have to purchase the Satellite radio module that plugs into the back of the unit and is stored behind the radio.

I had the factory head unit (No JBL), which was not making me any happy.

So the only thing you've upgraded is the receiver and it made a big difference???

Thanks Dez. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to find a place to mount the Sirius module anywhere in the cab. I understand I'd still have to mount an antenna somewhere.

oh oh oh, one more question Andes. Can you still use the 6-disc changer with your new receiver?
