Nav system help

I have an 08 tundra with JBL system and recently decided to put OEM navigation that i bought from Ebay. My question is when doing the installation one of the connection from the old radio would not go in to the navigation system all seems to be working fine but i cannot get the phone to work completely. I can link a phone and make a call and i can even hear the person, but they can not hear me. And when i try and give a command the system will not recognize my voice . I am thinking that the mic is not working could this be as a result from the plug that did not have a way to plug in . Is there an adaptor that i need to by. I have an empty port in back of NAv but its larger than the one that fit in the original JBL system so i was not abel to plug in. Please post any help that you can give me.

Thanks,

Doug R

had the same issue, the bluetooth will not work .. you will need a new harness from the dealership .. this is why i ditched the stock navi and went with the pioneer

best bet is to find a buddy that works at toyota and get them to fix it under warranty
