Radio wont turn on

I installed an aftermarket deck and it turned on worked but i had to unhook it and now i hooked it back up and it wont turn on.. I checked all the wiring and its good.. Any ideas?

Blown fuse maybe?

Nope checked the fust and it was good.. Im going to rewire the whole thing tonight and see if that helps..
