Built a 07 CM SUB enclosure today

I ended up with 1.5 cu foot total. Its is divided and fibegrlass rsined internally. Uou have to move the seat about 2 nothces with this enclosure and you can still recline the seat. I could build it much deeper but this customer does not want to much the seat much at all. We will be running either Boston g1 10s or Sundown Audio sd1v2s.I could do g1 12s in this same enclosure as well with a little polyfill.

All the corners on the enclosure are rounded . I will be wrapping this enclosure with Vinyl tomorrow. The Toyota logo should real nice under Black Vinyl.here are some pics.

The only thing I need is a 10 or 12 slim sub behind driver rear with a space for an amp rack...seems simple enough?

True, but you mentioned that the seat would have to come forward 2 notches. Was this box for a slimline sub or reg depth 10"? I am looking for a setup where I do not loose any leg room...possible?

Merry Christmas!

what would be the measurements of that box you built for the crew max? I got 3" top , 5" bottom
14" high, 36" wide , .79 cuft air space , could make it 45" wide

tech12volt,
I have a headunit on the way and the new JL 13TW5's are shipping now. The current plan from JL on their stealthbox design is to use 2 without any room for amp mounting and to lose 2 notches on slider. This is unacceptable. I am willing to cut the back cover, add deadening material to the back wall and slide a box (potentially made by you) to get an additional 2 inches. I am looking for either a 1 sub setup or 2 sub setup with 3 conditions...
1) I have to not loose any leg room or seat functionality
2) I would like to be able to mount my chrome PPI PC1800 and PC4400 either beside or above for show
3) I would like to not lose access to the spare tire jack panel located on the Pass side.

Do you think that this is do-able? The sub needs 0.6 cubic feet per sub and has a mounting depth of only 2.54 inches. Check out the specs and see what you can do for me.

JL Audio Products: Subwoofers / 13TW5

Thanks!
Chadrick

Yes this doable with no problems. With 2.5 inches of mounting depth.
