I've got the factory JBL audio box that takes up 90% of the room under the seat. I don't think I could fit one of those under there.

I've got the factory JBL in my crew max...sits behind the rear seat on the driver's side...vertical up the back of the cab. Sounds really good too, don't have any complaints...

So, I know they make one, just don't know where you can pick one up at...I'd looked on the internet b/c I wanted to put an additonal one on the other side...I've got a Rockford 360 that I've been wanting to try out for a while. I don't want to put anything under the seats and lose mobility as a whole, ya know...

Does the factory JBL system have a special headunit and different door speakers?

Or could i just purchase the JBL sub system for the back and be done with it?

Thanks

Mine has the 6 disc in the dash - standard I assume. 12 JBL speakers - 4 tweeters - (2 in the front, 2 in the back)...4 in the doors - (2 in the front, 2 in the back) and 3 on top of the dash...and then the one sub behind the rear seat of course. Really a decent audio system in my opinion.

I don't think they put JBL speakers in the doors standard, but I may be wrong...

I don't think that JL 8w7 will fit under the back seat...check the measurements on the speaker/enclosure and on the space beneath the seat before you buy it...

JL Audio Products: Subwoofers / 8W7
