wiring diagram/ speaker wires

Does anybody have a wiring diagram or happen to know what color wires go to the speakers in the rear doors? I need to tap these for a set of inputs on my amp (for rear sub).

Another thing I need is a wire that only comes on with the key, for the amp accessory. I think I found this though, but would like to confirm that I am not messing anything up.
