There are 2 air bag leveling kits for the rear that are available. Firestone's Ride Rite PN 2445 and the other one is made by Airlift. Both are no-drill installations.

I installed the Firestone product on my 2008 SR5 4X2 and pull a relatively heavy 5ver. The airbags support the weight very well, sharing the load with the springs. However, be very aware of the weight you are putting on the rear axles. The rear axle GAWR is listed at 4100 lbs. And that is a weight that you should be very aware of when shopping for a fifth wheel to be pulled by the new Toyota. The power to pull a heavy load is there, but the weight in the bed of the truck must be considered. Air Bags help the springs, but they don't help the axle limitations at all. In fact, you will find that this is your biggest problem when shopping for a trailer.

Ok.. I have a 08 Sr5 Double cab and I ve been looking on the internet for the air bags or the spring support system. but i dont know if they really help or make a difference.

on the spring support system it said this:

Maintenance free
Better handling and control
No adjusting needed
No clamping bolts, air lines, or compressors
Less sway, axle wrap, and vehicle maintenance
Factory ride quality maintained when empty
Easy, do-it-yourself installation
Cost effective
Provides an additional 2,500 lb capacity <---- true?? false ??
Limited lifetime warranty

You will need one or the other if you're going to pull a 5ver with the Tundra. Unless you buy a really small one. But, neither one will increase the allowable weight allowed on the rear axle. Their aid to the truck is limited to helping the stock springs bear a heavier load without bottoming. I have the airbags, mainly due to the recommendation of other RVers who had experience with them. So far I have no reason to regret that decison. Either one can be installed by a do-it-yourselfer. About the same level of difficulty.

I had a local shop install my airbags, brake controller and hitch all at the same time. I guess I'm too lazy to do it myself, although it really is within the capability of anyone handy with tools. I had the air bag controller installed as well (a lot more expensive) because I wanted to be able to controll the air pressure easily from the cab of the truck. Now, that might require a little more expertize than just installing the air bags alone. This addition gives you a pressure gauge in the cab; a kind of neat feature, and a lot less hassle when wanting to change the air pressure for various loads.
