I'd stay away from a 5ver. I've got a 23 footer, and it gives me fits with my double cab tundra. A bumper pull is a better choice for the Toyota.

6900 lbs, 25 footer, should be between 800-900. A bigger problem will be the height of the "over truck" portion of the fifth wheel. The Tundra, much like a Ford, has very high bed walls. Both trucks require a trailer made for trucks with very high bed walls. I reversed the springs on the trailer axle to lift my 5ver up about 4 inches, but it still had a hard time reaching over the high bed walls of my Tundra. Then, you have the added problem of the GVWR - pin weight - occupants/cargo weight - empty weight = usually waaay over weight.
You won't have any of these problems with a bumper pull.
