Hit a large pot hole, now rough idle and check engine light

The truck is a 2000 Tundra 4.7 with 140,000 on it. Never had a engine problem one. Driving home the other day i hit a pot hole and the suspinsion didn't give and it hit really hard. The check engine light came on immideatly and now it has a small miss or shake at idle. Check everything visualy under hood and under truck, nothing broke, nothing disconnected, nothing bent. Fire it up this morning and the engine runs smooth as ever, but the light is till there. Stop at store, fire it back up and the roughness is back. grrrrrrr

It is headed to the dealership on monday, but thought i would ask the large group of owners here first if they had any idea's. Thanks
Randy

It might have knocked the O2 sensor lose. Did you try unhooking your batt for a few minutes to reset everything?

Good to hear it wasn't something big. It took them 8 hrs to figure out, good thing they only charged you a 100 bucks.

This is the second time a loose coil wire has caused a problem . I read someone else on here had a problem with thier truck not running or something , and the dealer said it was the same thing .
I'll be checking my connections today .

Thanks for the update .
