2000 Tundra AC clutch noise
I have a 2000 Tundra sr5 v8 4.7 and i have a sqeal/rattle coming from the a/c clutch it does it with the a/c on or off. I replaced the pulley and bearings and clutch plate with one from an 02 tundra and all this did was muffle the sound because i greased it up pretty good. belt tension is good a/c holds pressure and works great it just sounds like the belt looses traction whenever the tranny shifts. ive tried all kinds of belt dressing and it just makes it worse anyone have a similar problem?
