Never gonna be able to drill into a ujoint, There case hardened, Unless you have the cheapest Chineses ujoints money can buy, then You'll be able to. All the driveshafts of the Newer body Tundra should be servicable with fittings, It's the first time Toyota ever used spicer products on the Tundra, The first gereration Tundras used Japenese design shafts which I think were much better than Spicer anyways. Grease isnt gonna stop the clunking, Thats means it's behyond that, The joints probably bad.

I work at a driveline company, we make driveshafts and axles here, Thats how I Know this info. Most of the time when the rear u-joint goes bad it's because of an angle problem.

There have been people that have had their drive lines replaced with no change in the clunking. I dont believe it's a u-joint. I think it's a dimensional tolerance problem with the drive shaft.

The only yoke you can grease is a stub shaft yoke, Tube yokes dont do anything but hold the ujoint in palce, Dont no what there tal;king about when they say grease the yoke??? Makes no sense. Also, Maybe the driveshafts are not being balanced properly from the factory ...

I think I'm wrong about this. Looks like there is no yoke that slides in the end of the tranny. Could not tell how it is connected, bolted or a slip yoke. Theres a cover over it. Should have looked before I leaped!
