I have a Slate Metaliic CM! Bush wacking will scratch it. Finger painting on a dusty dirty truck will also scratch it! Just use some common sense in handling the truck! I love mine! I use it to hunt, tow, haul, you name it. It's my personal truck so it get's babied as well. No complaints here!

Dust art will not affect the paint if you have a couple of nice thick coats of wax on her. Having a weekend place in the Cal high desert I know this. A buddy of mine all drunk one night decided to do a dust art flame job down the entire passanger side of the rig, when I saw it the next morning I fcking blew a gasket! Luckily I had paste waxed the truck the weekend before so after a simple wash that sunday when I got home there was not a trace of dust art scratches. WAX my friends WAX!!! The paint horor stories aren't all as bad as you read! I believe they are posted by extremely pickey vehicle owners.
