Was getting ready to post this myself until I found this thread as I experienced it for the first time last night. Glad to read it is normal.

Bill try it with jsut the back windows and sunroof opened.. The wind hits the backl glass and causes a shudder feeling...When I open the back glass shudder goes away or if I open my front two windows it goes away...

Pretty typical on four door vehicles. My 2000 Chevy did it, my DC does it and my GF's Lexus LX470 does it too! You would think that the engineers would fix this.....it a simple harmonics issue.....not brain surgery!!!

The air flow gets disrupted by hitting the back glass. It will happen on all big vehicles. Until there is a release by opening other windows the disruption will continue.

When I do I try to open all windows before I get up any speed to feel it. If I decide to open on interstate I open back glass first then sunroof then back two then front two. Doing it that way keeps it from happening.

Most of the vehicles I've driven will do it.

It's just learning the way it acts and apply what you learned.
