Please insert map DVD, otherwise I'm completely BLOCKED !!
Hi everybody,
I'm facing a very strange problem with my navigation system. A message appeares on the touch screen "Please insert map DVD" even the DVD is inserted ! The problem is, I can't do anything before this message disappeares (no CD player, FM, bluetooth connection, etc. ) I'd appreciate your assistance. Kind regards, Robert |

Strange problem indeed, hope my NAV don't go there. Keep us posted on what the dealership says....does.

Map DVD
Have you tried removing the DVD cleaning it and replacing it?
