Taking her in on Saturday

So I've decided that I need to take the truck down to the dealership so that I can get a complaint on file with them about the poor ride quality.

Also the transmission feels a bit strange while downshifting. I don't really know how to describe it other than the downshifts seem VERY hard.

I LOVE this truck so don't take this post as a complaint. I'm extremely happy with the power, the brakes, the comfortable interior, the great stereo system (and I don't even have the JBL upgrade). Overall I love this truck and I'm very glad I bought it. I just want to make sure that the suspension gets fixed and that I have made some sort of note about the transmission in case it fails later on. I heard something about a torque converter issue awhile back so I assume it's going to be an easy fix.

It's kind of hard to describe. I just know that it doesn't "feel" right.

When coming to a stop the downshift seems way too hard/firm.

Yea, the ride isn't great, but I am confident that Toyota will fix it.

personally I don't think the ride is that bad for a truck. There are some rough times but nothing I can't live with. I do drive a terrable strech of freeway

Rides like every truck I have owned that had some ground clearance. Not great at all, but not as bad as I have had in the past.
