Question Orange Peel Paint ? Bad Paint Job ?

Does anyone else notice a different in the texture of the paint on the 07 Tundra's ? I just got my Tundra for 2 weeks and notice between the front and the rear tires under the curve of the doors that the Paint feels like Orange Peel ... its kinda thing and very uneven ... Feels like I could scratch off the paint with my finger nails . Does anyone else have this problem ?
