Can't turn my key to the right to start tundra!

2001Toyota Tundra is broke down!
I went hunting on saturday and parked in a field.Went out hunting, came back to truck and the key will not turn to the right to start, its like its locked from going right. It does turn left and lights go on,steering wheel turns,i can move thru park-dr1 with the shifter.Did my ignition break?I had to get a tow truck to tow me out.Ok all you experts, whats the problem here? Thanks for any info.I did have 2 other people try to turn the key.

I had a similar issue but not to the degree of yours. I simply bumped my wheel against the curb and it put pressure on the steering wheel. When I came back and put the key in, it would not turn until I turned the steering wheel back a bit to get the pressure off of it.
