Stereo Volume Stuck - Anyone ever had this issue?

I started my truck up yesterday morning and noticed my stereo was off. I never turn it off. I turned it on and the volume was full blast. I tried turning it down with no luck. It is stuck on the highest volume the stereo is capable of. Also, my programmed channels are all messed up. Does anyone have any ideas?

It is the non JBL factory stereo/cd player if that matters.

I believe there is a TSB on the '07 '08 6 disc HU. I had the same problem with my radio. I bought a Kenwood HU to replace it anyway.

Moto take it in and the dealer will replace the radio. The stock radio's are having alot of issues like you stated and Delco is replacing them.

I had this problem when I first got my truck. I replaced all the speakers with JL Speakers and hooked a power amp up to them and it sounds good and thumps even without my subs on. I say go with better speakers if you want.
